Franklin Scientific Projects (FSP), a subsidiary of Medicus UK, were helping Roche to develop a global marketing campaign for a new drug to help people with Parkinson’s Disease. As part of their campaign they felt as if they should develop an Internet site.

I designed the look and feel for the site to appeal to a global audience and managed content writers, production teams and international client sign-offs for a 3-week delivery to a conference launch.

Parkinsons Disease WebsiteAs new content for the site would come from FSP, I advised and trained to use Microsoft FrontPage 98 to maintain the site in-house.

FSP wanted the ability for patient groups around the world to have a page on the site that would allow them to communicate their services and show their diary of events.

I designed and managed the development of a marketing and diary system, using Microsoft Active Server Pages, for Parkinson’s Disease Groups around the world to register, login and edit their own information. FSP only had to manage the initial approval process for a new group’s application.
