Don’t Sales Want to Sell !?!?
They have been on to their delivery service supplier, InterLink Express, requesting the latest prices for the website and after a week of getting ‘Yes, someone will email them to you later today’ and “Your account manager will supply the prices to you”, the client still has nothing.
OK, my client might not be the biggest company around and they may not ever hold the largest account with the delivery company, but this is no way to act.
I advised my client to tell InterLink Express that the delay is stopping them from developing this site and that they should go to another company.
If a company acts like this in a pre-sales/sales scenario, then what on earth are they going to be like after you have paid them!
