The lakefront Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is a lush tropical paradise convenient
to Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando® Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando.

Choose from comfortable 1-bedroom/2-bath units to spacious two-, three- or
four-bedroom Grand Villas that sleep up to 16 people. All villas include a
large-screen TV with VCR in the living area and master bedroom, private terrace
and washer/dryer. Some villas offer fully equipped kitchens and/or whirlpools.
Guests enjoy a scenic lakefront setting, numerous swimming pools, weekly tennis
clinics, watersports, basketball and volleyball courts, free shuttles to area
shopping and a full schedule of family activities.
Dining options include Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Sid’s Deli and Pizza Hut for
pick up or delivery. An onsite Mini Market and gift shop are also available.

• 1 WEEK in: 2 bedroom, self-catering apartment (capacity for 6 adults)

Maintenance Fee: As an owner of a Westgate property, a maintenance fee is
requested to enable the properties to be kept at the highest standard of 5*
accommodation. This includes refurbishments, interior designing updates and
replacement amenities. The annual fee is:

£ 372.00 (paid until 2nd January 2006)

EXCHANGING
There are many possible ways to exchange your current Westgate Resorts
week(s):

1) You can choose to vacate at Westgate Lakes, Orlando, Florida BUT change the
time of year you wish to go. For example, the allocated week is 40 and this is
in early October. However, if you wish to vacate in June, then you can directly
exchange your week with Westgate Lake Resorts.

2) Across the USA, there are also other branches of Westgate properties, for
example Westgate at the Canyons – Park City, Utah or Westgate Miami Beach and
many more. These can be exchanged directly with Westgate Resorts and your weeks
can be split up to vacate in different resorts across the USA.

3) Thirdly, you can choose to exchange your weeks through an exchange agency by
the name of Interval International. This allows you to travel the world, just
place your request for your dream destination. For this there is an exchange fee
of £99.00 for any destination at any time of year.

Exchanging On-line
The easiest, most convenient way to exchange is online at
www.intervalworld.com, where you can quickly search available destinations and
instantly confirm your vacation. The sophisticated interactive system will
automatically offer alternative destinations if the resort areas you’re
requesting aren’t available immediately. And, the online Resort Directory’s
advanced search options – based on location, activities, amenities, unit size,
and resort code or name – can help you pick the perfect resort for your family.
There is even an online step-by-step guide to help first-time user’s complete
exchange.

“BANKING”
The banking system allows you to take your current week(s) with Westgate
Resort and exchange through Interval International to go to other resorts in the
world.

Being a member of Interval International allows you to have access to global
vacating properties for a small annual membership fee of £79.00. Currently,
membership has been paid for until 22nd September 2006. Every year, you will
receive a catalogue outlining the various resorts available across the world.
This catalogue explains all resort facilities and amenities, locations from
nearest attractions, distances from nearest airports and peak time of year to
travel. This membership also entitles you to flight, car-hire and travel
insurance offers by Interval International.

If you wish to vacate more than the allocated 2 weeks that you own annually, you
can borrow up to 3 years worth of weeks (i.e. 6 weeks in total) in advance, for
example if you wish to go for a 6 week trip in 2006 to locations such as
Singapore (2 weeks), Australia (3 weeks) and New Zealand (1 week). This is
subject to you paying the additional 2 year maintenance fee for Westgate Resorts
and the additional 2 year membership fee for Interval International.

On the other hand, if you know you are unlikely to go abroad for several years,
then you are entitled to bank your annual 2 weeks, 3 years in advance. For
example if you bank the weeks for 2006, 2007 and 2008, the you can continue to
vacate from the year 2008, but your 6 weeks have not been lost, they have been
held for you in the banking system. However, if in 2007, you decide that you
wish to go on holiday, then you can quite easily request your weeks from
Interval International.

Advantages of Timeshare
Owing property with Westgate Resorts also allows your children and generations
thereafter to benefit from global exchange holidaying. This is possible by
adding names to the property deeds, so that this investment can be passed down
through your family for years to come.

The timeshares can also be used as a gift or rental for friends and family. You
simply have to inform Interval International that they are travelling under your
membership.

All legal paperwork will be handled by solicitors. Any additional legal
