The girl on the phone could not find my domain for a few minutes (that’s a good £1.00 plus income). I can’t understand why I could see the domain in my control panel, but they could not see it in my account ON THEIR SYSTEMS. When I pushed the fact that they were taking time and the call was costing me 50p per minute, guess what?.. The girl found the domain and said that they would send me the AUTH CODE by email.
