The hold on Birmingham has been released.

I had created the Birmingham (UK) version of The InterPost mid last year and it was originally called “Birmingham Free Ads” and was planned to be released with some work done for the Council. However this did not happen, but The Council did express interest in such a system and other features as part of a push to make Birmingham digital.

So, I put the release on hold to give the Council their own branded publishing system which would allow Birmingham citizens to publish online for free. The Council’s version would have had many more features but as the interest has dwindled to practically nothing, I have now released it myself and I hope to add the the additional features in future.
