Am I Becoming a Philanthropist?

I just had a chat on the phone with a good friend at The HoBB about Set Forever and what I see it doing, and he said that I was becoming a philanthropist. I asked him what one was and he said that someone who has reached a certain level in his (or her) life and now wants to spend their life doing good for others.

My friend, mentioned a few names of people as examples of philanthropists but I did not know ho they were but one common factor was that they had financial fortune. Well.. this is one thing I do not have but I do have a lot to give.

For those of you who know me, please could you write your own comments below about this matter.

Philanthropist:
A philanthropist is someone who engages in philanthropy; that is, someone who donates his or her time, money, or reputation to a charitable cause. The term may apply to any volunteer or to anyone who makes a donation, but the label is most often applied to those who donate large sums of money or who make a major impact through their volunteering, such as a trustee who manages a philanthropic organization.
