I have switched on the comments system and all new articles, including this one will allow you to comment on the article.

If you want to comment on articles which have been posted before this one then please contact me and I will switch on the comments for the article that you want to comment on – send me the link to the article so that I know which one you want to comment on.

If you see comments by someone called “Comment Tester” then that’s me doing just that… testing and developing the comments system.
