Be on Top of Things: But Not All Of The Time!
I wrote some management code for The InterPost which helped to send email reminders to users when Posts where expiring and to manage the Research page which showed what people were most recently looking for on search engines and then coming to The InterPost.
I found out that the code recently slowed done the whole site and user experience.
So, even though management and staying on top of things is good, it it is sometimes better not to stand over systems or people every millisecond of the day.
In the way I changed my code to now only do the management tasks twice or so a day, it may prove useful for you to manage or look over what you have created a bit less often and have trust in what you have created or asked people to do, which should give you more time to create and manage more things in your life.
And also, people or systems may work more efficiently when they don’t have “eyes” looking down on them all the time.
