Has The White Knight of CPM/RMG Appeared?

Just by chance, as I was walking out of our apartment, a guy was trying to get into our block and so I let him in and asked him who he was.

He told me that he was from CPM and was the Regional Manager for CPM and had come to look around the properties.

I saw this chance meeting as an opportunity to express all our concerns about the services provided by CPM/RMG and this guy (Gavin Betty) actually listened and told me that I had provided the most feedback he had received to date.

Anyway, he went away and on the next day or so, the pile of pebbles on the nearby path got cleared up by Picton Nathaniel Jones and his assistant, and they did quite a good job of clearing the weeds between the slabs on the path, both point which I raised with Gavin.

Gavin also said that he will look into some of the other issues and to copy him on in emails that I send to the local CPM/RMG team members (namely Chris Jones and Paul Russell), and also gave me other advice which I will use as a last resort.

Let’s see what happens now.
