We have had a reply from Chris Jones at CPM/RMG to which I have replied today. Shilpa (my wife) managed to get through to Chris Jones of CPM/RMG yesterday and he said that someone was going to come over today to look at replacing the flooded carpet. Great News.... They did, but I had to tell them that the pump's electrical system had not been fixed and if they tested it again as they did before the new carpet would simply be water logged again. They agreed and said that they would remove the carpet and tell CPM/RMG that they do not recommend replacing the carpet until the electrics have been fixed. So at least, the smelly carpet has been removed. Thank you Tom. Well.. Shilpa asked if we could have their direct numbers and they said no. Nobody has called back from CPM or any other supplier to resolve the issue. Dan has said that he will try to call CPM/RMG tomorrow.
