It's been over 2 months and the carpets have not been replaced and the electrics of the water system have not been fixed properly.

We have had a reply from Chris Jones at CPM/RMG to which I have replied today. You can read about it at this link:

Well.. Shilpa (my wife) managed to get through to Chris Jones of CPM/RMG yesterday and he said that someone was going to come over today to look at replacing the flooded carpet.

Great News.... They did, but I had to tell them that the pump's electrical system had not been fixed and if they tested it again as they did before the new carpet would simply be water logged again. They agreed and said that they would remove the carpet and tell CPM/RMG that they do not recommend replacing the carpet until the electrics have been fixed.

So at least, the smelly carpet has been removed. Thank you Tom.

Mel from CPM/RMG just called Shilpa and said that they have passed the issue on to Chris Jones (who is on holiday!?!?) and his manager who will be dealing with it.

Shilpa asked if we could have their direct numbers and they said no.

My wife, Shilpa, just called CPM/RMG and asked them what was happening as the flooded carpet was not beginning to smell.

They said that they have a log of an electrician having to come out and that they would get an update and call us back.

Dan sent me a text message at about mid-day today and said that he phones CPM/RMG yesterday. Paull Russell was supposed to be calling me [Dan] but never did! I'm not getting any joy. Has anyone been round?

My reply was... nobody has been round or called.

I just knocked on Dan's door to find out if he had an update and he told me that he tried to call today but could not get through to CPM/RMG and couldn't call back as he was busy his work.

Nobody has called back from CPM or any other supplier to resolve the issue.

Dan has said that he will try to call CPM/RMG tomorrow.
