You Are Not Alone
Thursday, September 11th, 2008It seems that other people also seem to be having issues with CPM/RMG as I found at this morning.
So if you are like us and thought that only you had issues with CPM/RMG, then you’ll be glad to hear that you are not alone.
I found a great site called CPM Asset Management - Uncovered which you can go to by clicking on the name or this link.
I admit I have previously blown many fuses trying to sort out issues with the company and nothing seemed to happen.
I have recently tried to keep calm about the matter and guess what? Nothing still seems to get resolved.
So I decided to go public and that doesn’t seem to make any difference.
I had a reply to my previous correspondence this morning and CPM/RMG simply seem to be ignorant about what’s written in the letters and reply back with something else.
I’ll write an update on my feedback to their last correspondence within the next few days, as I also have a happy life to live. I may also put up Posts of all my previous experience with CPM/RMG if I feel that it may help make things better.
This matter will get sorted. The truth always prevails.

I am a Director of The Plaza Cardiff Bay, a 76 apartment development, that was ‘managed’ by CPM. We have just severed our relationship with them after years of constant problems. If you want to know how we did it then email me back and I will be happy to share the experience. We got all the money they were holding too!

I am having an absolute nightmare with this company managing our development.

Hi David and all, The Truth does prevail, this company has a horrendous record and it can change it’s name, they are still horrendous as Woods, RMG or any other name they choose.
I became a Dirctor studied what they didn’t do, sacked them and formed our own Management Agent and now have all outstaning works completed, reduced our insurance by £7,000.00 and our service charges by £200.00 with a built in £200.00 for Contingency fund.
Our Neighbours watched our progress and signed on with us 6 months ago. They are having, redecorations going on, new carpets and entyphone system, even though CPM had over budgeted by £7,000.00 this year.
Further to this we will be reducing their Service Charge next year because we achieved the works through proper fiscal management.
