Floor and Wall Tiling Work Started

Monday, December 28th, 2009

Tiling of all the floors, bathroom/toilet walls, kitchen and kitchen wash area has been started.

I only managed to get a chance to take photos of the bathroom/toilet tiling work before I left, so that’s all you can see for now.

I hope to get some more photos soon.

Click on the photo below to see some more.

Perfect toilet wall tile work – an environment to sit and ponder on the 2.5 billion people do not have somewhere safe, private or hygienic to go to the toilet.

(Above figure published on the World Toilet Day web page owned by Water Aid)

Soon we will need to re-think the present day flush toilet system. Population growth results in greater poo production – challenging our ability to process it.

I followed a car last week with a sticker on its back window saying “Don’t pee in the Sea” . It’s true the sea does not make the best loo for land living animal poo. Good earth contains the best bacteria to break down our poo whilst the sea hosts the best bacteria to break down body wastes from sea life. Isn’t Nature so very logical.

Humans tend to fly in the face of Nature’s logic (You noticed this too hey) but we need to align ourselves ever closer to Nature’s solution if we are to live long and prosper.

There must be better ways to use poo. A Welsh Company creates paper from sheep poo for example and in 1872, a report for the Society of Arts (Read by Major-General Scott) comments on the successful method of making solid sewage into cement quoting an expert of the time, Dr.Lethaby, as estimating “that 10,000 persons can produce a ton of (sewage) cement a day”.

Just over the fields from here, the Knucklas Castle Community Land Project intend to have composting toilets soon – one good solution if you have the room. The big design solution is the one yet to come off the drawing board that can be used in cities and built up areas.

Hopefully, some toilet designer is listening out there.

    Hi Grant,
    Thanks for your comment.
One thing I would like to say is that whatever you are experiencing and perceiving in your reality is something YOU have created and as I am now experiencing the same thing(s) be in onyl through your words then I have also created it. There are ways to “transmute” (change or delete) the experiences from your reality without having to do anything outside of your mind, body and emotions.
This may all sound a bit weird, but if it’s of any interest to you then contact me and I will try to explain.
