I Believe It’s Time To Increase The Sphere of Influence
This post contains a copy of correspondence sent to Chris Jones CPM/RMG (Birmingham) and copied to a few other people at CPM/RMG and others involved and interested in this matter.
Hi Chris,
The last discussion you had was with my wife informing here that you were told not to reply to the emails but that we should receive a reply in due course.
We have had some correspondence and this is again another demand for the incorrect balance of £160.28. I have sent a written letter to Matthew Gaskell (Credit Control Department at the Head Office of CPM/RMG) and I have attached his letter (file 2009-02-20-cpm-rmg-statement.pdf) and my reply (file 2009-02-26-71-city-view.pdf) to this email.
We have tried to be as factual and detailed in our reasoning why we believe this incorrect balance should be removed. We have also been patient and tried to resolve this matter with appropriate people at CPM/RMG.
However, as there seems to be no satisfactory reply to our questions about why the incorrect service charge is not being removed (an other matters) and that continued demands for payment and intentions of adding more charges are being made, we have no choice but to progress matters outside of the current loop of correspondence and look for other help as we have been advised in the past.
