Resolving Rights and Morals

A family in the UK wanted my help in resolving a property ownership and rights issue in India after having issues with someone who jointly owns the property in India.

I went to see the client in the UK and found out that they had good intentions and then went to see the client in India and found out that they did not understand my client’s intentions and through fear were basically making life difficult for the UK client.

I express my client’s intentions to the person in India and how they stood both legally and morally and then sent an email to my client with an update whilst I was in India and after they heard back from the joint owner in India, my client sent me the following words in an email:

“Bharat,

Thanks for the update. What you have done for me is brilliant.”
