Seeing and Managing Changes in Your Perceptions of Life

I received the following reply to my email message.
hmm i thought u might have experienced something smiliar what would you call these events? sign from god or the secret working? think i may be getting both confused or are they connected? .i guess only time will help me understand this new experience more and im sure there is more to come of it.� Im finding it hard to stay calm and controlled and HAPPY when i get stressed..obviously there is alot of this whilst uni is starting up..im scared about so many things..i dont want to go back to square one again..have u got any advice as to how i can keep it up?
ive noticed ive started having a positive impact on my friends too ..trying to pass on the positive energy ..im giving advice knowing and understanding what im explaining..but at the moment i feel i am not taking my own advice…bit confusing…i guess i need to keep looking on the bright side of things and i KNOW everything will be okay…my main priority is to stop feeling down due to stress ..im hoping i can relax at home this weekend and get things on track again…i feel happy inside but this is not showing in my actions or personality right now…
im determined though..i will go back to writing myself little notes and reminders every morning of why and who i am here for…i need to thank people who have helped me ..i have failed to do this over the last few days…hence it is effecting my mood and feelings..

My reply was as follows:
Firstly, let me say that the secret was just the name of a film so when you ask if it was working then my answer is that there may be aspects of the concepts in the film that you may have applied and may be working to bring about what you are experiencing but I would not label what you are experiencing as the secret.
However you are experiencing things and from our chats the experiences are out of the norm. You seem to be creating more questions for yourself simply because you are experiencing life as you have never experienced it. Don�t question it � go with it.
So with regards to the man who handed only you the card about �there are billions of people in the world but god has only made one of you�, the message that seems to come through me to you is that you are unique and special. Perhaps that that is what you wanted to hear and I believe it is because it made you smile and kept the card. So a question in your mind has been answered by a card from a stranger.
I believe the bigger message is that you have questions in your mind and perhaps you expected someone or some people in particular (e.g. a your family, the friends you had � basically an existing know source) to answer your questions, but by receiving a good feeling answer from a stranger on a piece of card is a message that you need to be more open to receiving answers to your questions from people that you do not know and perhaps not even people, such as a piece of card. That�s why I said I believe I know what�s happening, because I had many questions in my mind that no one person could answer and my answers came to me from people that I would normally have �rejected� such as the stranger handing out cards that you would have normally rejected. I have also had answers from tv, films and bill board adverts. The only way I can put it is that you think you going about your day to day activities in a usual way, but something in media or something that someone says comes to your attention more than usual. That coming is a message and you have to be open to receive it, nor matter who or where it comes from when it seems like a reply to your questions.
The last part of your email seems to be about stress overwhelming you and taking control over you and your progress in life. All I can do for now to perhaps help you is to ask �What are you stressed about?� and for now meditate for at least 10 minutes a day in a peaceful environment away from interruptions (media, noise, people calling or asking you things, etc), If you don�t know what meditation is or want some advice then please ask.
