We Have a Carpet in The Hallway Now!

    We in Stoke are having huge problems with this so called company as well….Been going on now for a few years.Our M.P Rob Flelo is also invovled. 5 of us have been to court and 4 have won our cases by getting charges reduced. Even though they still try to pursue people for the full balance of management charges..Ignoring the court order(a law unto themselves)Today 1 resedent got a letter asking for ground rent for 5 years..ehem all we pay for is a small car park, the houses are all freehold. They also have put debt collection charges on 2009 bill even for the people who have paid in full. We have a lot of information on this company,feel free to contact me or if you have info on how to get CPM sacked would be appreciated..Regards…Steve
