Even though they still try to pursue people for the full balance of management charges..Ignoring the court order(a law unto themselves)Today 1 resedent got a letter asking for ground rent for 5 years..ehem all we pay for is a small car park, the houses are all freehold. They also have put debt collection charges on 2009 bill even for the people who have paid in full.
