You do not need to ban these I.P. addresses, however any stats generating program needs to consider that site usage from these I.P. addresses are not effectively human visits and more so computer systems looking at the site. So, these I.P. addresses should be excluded when considering real human unique visits, total visits, page views, and bandwidth usage.
