Hi,

My name is Bharat Karavadra (as you may have worked out from the title of this site).

I live in and mostly work from home in Birmingham, UK and travel both nationally and worldwide as appropriate.

I simply help create Awareness, Betterment, Growth, Homes and Management.

Here’s what I am doing:

Property, Land and Fund Development.
I am developing land and property in India as the joy and return on investments are amazing.

I acquire land and make it better for a return on investment.

I acquire plots of land and buildings and develop them for a return on investment.

I grow funds of whom desire a shared investment and return (e.g. 50/50 split of profits) or a set return on investment (e.g. 10% within 12 months).

Internet Integration:
I am helping design and develop web solutions for individuals and organisations.

Practicing and Teaching Re-Creating Reality:
I am helping people to grow and be better by bringing more awareness into their perception of life. Read this article which is a bit dated at the moment but if it makes any sense to you then I would like to hear from you.

My Approach::
I stay independent and open of your personal and business relationships and their history and simply focus on your desires, and that is why I work as a so-called freelance project manager to simply give my fullest attention to the delivery of your desires. Once a project/milestone has been delivered/received, I prefer to leave “your situation” so that both you, your organisation and I can have space and reflect on the outcome and then perhaps better or grow it.

Confidentiality:
I have done and can work on desired projects/milestones/requirements that require full confidentiality with respect to all or any part of my involvement (i.e. nobody needs to know, apart from you, that I was involved or the intention was there as the results should speak for themselves ). If you require such an approach then please contact me stating that you require full confidentiality and all communications will remain confidential.

If however you’re OK for me to make matters public, then cool.

I have worked with and for one person Sole Traders with modest turnovers, Mid-Sized Companies with large turnovers, and Global Corporations turning over 10s of Trillions of Dollars.
