Be on Top of Things: But Not All Of The Time!Wednesday, May 21st, 2008I wrote some management code for The InterPost which helped to send email reminders to users when Posts where expiring and to manage the Research page which showed what people were most recently looking for on search engines and then coming to The InterPost. I found out that the code recently slowed done the whole site and user experience.

People Have Gone Car DIY Crazy!Tuesday, September 4th, 2007I looked at the Research page on The InterPost in November 2006 to see what people were looking for and I noticed a lot of searches for car repair guides. It’s now September 2007 and the number of searches for Car Repair Guides seems to be growing.

The hold on Birmingham has been released.Friday, March 30th, 2007I had created the Birmingham (UK) version of The InterPost mid last year and it was originally called “Birmingham Free Ads” and was planned to be released with some work done for the Council. However this did not happen, but The Council did express interest in such a system and other features as part of a push to make Birmingham digital.
