The Mall 2 Erdington
This is recent homes development by George Wimpey and Barratts (I believe) and where I live. Since we moved in service has not been provided and some services have deteriorated both in provision and quality. Hence I am taking some responsibility in making things better.
General Update of CPM/RMGSunday, January 25th, 2009It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything about our CPM/RMG issues as I have been busy with my work. There has been some correspondence, meetings and action but on the whole not a lot of progress has been made.

No Reply For 2 MonthsThursday, January 15th, 2009I wrote to the directors of The Mall 2 Erdington Company about my concerns about of their services and procedures in the middle of November 2008. It is now mid January 2009 (2 months) and nobody has directly replied to my letter.

Has The White Knight of CPM/RMG Appeared?Wednesday, December 17th, 2008Just by chance, as I was walking out of our apartment, a guy was trying to get into our block and so I let him in and asked him who he was. He told me that he was from CPM and was the Regional Manager for CPM and had come to look around the properties.

Let’s See Who Cares About Our Property After The Indoor FloodMonday, December 1st, 2008We had a flood this morning in the ground floor hallway. If it wasn’t for Dan and Caroline (our neighbours) being on their way to work and waking me up so that I could switch off the water tap, the whole of our ground floor could have been flooded.
