Terms.

You accept the Terms by using this site or accepting any Products or Services offered from this website or from communications of the authors or publishers of this website. Also, by using this website or accepting any Products or Services or continuing communications with the authors and publishers of this website, you are effectively in acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards. Also, by using this website or accepting any Products or Services or continuing communications with the authors and publishers of this website, your are effectively agreeing that anything could happen whether you agree with what happens or not.

Code Development:
Any code whatsoever that I (Bharat Karavadra) create is owned by me unless otherwise agreed. If you require to own or license the code then let me know as soon as possible as I will not have an issue with it but the ownership simply needs to be agreed.

Domain Names:
Domain names (web addresses) that I register, configure and manage for clients are registered as the client being the owner of the domain name, unless otherwise agreed.

Domain names are usually registered on a yearly basis. I may or may not remind clients who purchase domain name from me that their domain name is about to expire. It is up to the client to make a payment for domain name renewal at least one week before their domain name expires to ensure an effective renewal of the domain name. If a domain name is not renewed then the associated website and its contents, and associated email service may become inactive or may be deleted or terminated without notice. I will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any consequences or damages related to domain names not being renewed.

Domain Management Transfer
If you, as the client are the owner of the domain name, you have the right to manage the domain name yourself or assign someone else to manage the domain name. Domains that I register for clients are locked into my own domain management systems with various registrars and configured to work with my servers. To transfer the management of a domain name there will be a process that needs both my and your, or your new domain manager’s, involvement. The involvement of my time in transferring the management of domain names is charged at £10.00 per domain and is payable in advance.

Hosting:
Hosting services are usually provided on a yearly basis. I may or may not remind clients that their hosting is about to expire. It is up to the client to make a payment for hosting renewal at least one week before their hosting is to expire to ensure an effective renewal of the hosting service. If a hosting service is not renewed then the associated website and it contents and services may become inactive or may be deleted without notice. I will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any consequences or damages related to hosting services not being renewed.

Hosting services may be upgraded without notice and such upgrades may affect the function of content on the hosting services.

Client Managed Hosting
I usually manage all the hosting related services, such as email, databases, ftp, etc for clients. Clients can obtain their own control panel to manage the hosting services themselves for a one-off fee of £15.00. Once a client has their own control panel, I do not accept any responsibility over the hosting services whatsoever.

Web Sites and Pages That I Help Develop:
Any web sites or pages that I develop for clients will have an appropriate credit and link to my website unless otherwise agreed.

Free Products & Services:
No guarantees or warranties are supplied for free products or services.

Products & Service Quotations:
Quotes for work are mostly valid for 7 days, after which the same quoted work may have a different value.

Payment of Invoices:
I appreciate a payment for products and services as soon as they are delivered. Invoices must however be paid within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
