What is Love?

Love is a quantum leap in faith and from my self’s experience of life I can say:

Love is wanting to be with people you do not know and situations of life you have no experience of.

Love is being compassionate of yourself, others and life situations for which there is no mind’s desire, and for which you KNOW you cannot do anything for.

Love is having a KNOWING of a future your mind does not know but one that your heart desires.

Love is KNOWING that you will never make mistakes, being able to make and accept your mistakes, being able to carry on making the same mistakes and both you and others accepting mistakes.

Love is KNOWING that you will do no wrong.

Love is KNOWING there will be another day.

Love has been and is giving, to all.

        Raju,
On my journey of spiritual awakening, I have had INSIGHTS which confirm that which you stated in being able to love yourself.

We can often not love ourselves as we may not have materialism (Maya) that others we can compare ourselves to have.

However, when we can learn to appreciate the joyful experiences we have had of which we may have had or not had materialism, in the human concept known as ownership of, greater material components of our joyful experiences can be experienced without the material need of having and a KNOWING of such.
